You don’t need to be preparing for a psychedelic journey to be curious about yourself.
This is a growing collection of courses, meditations, exercises and practical resources I’ve created or found useful along the way. Take what interests you. Leave what doesn’t. Come back when something else does.
Explore
Sometimes you want to go a little deeper. These practical guides, worksheets and resources offer different ways to learn about psychedelics, prepare for an experience, and explore some of what may arise along the way. The knowledge is mine. The experience is mine. The slightly obsessive collection of information is definitely mine. The beautifully organized cheat sheets? I had a little help from AI. Every. Single. One. Please forgive me!!!

Learn
Curiosity is a pretty good place to start. These self-paced courses offer practical ways to learn, prepare, explore and experience things a little differently. These courses are currently in beta, which means you can explore them for free while I continue to refine and improve them.
Experience
Not everything needs to be understood through words.

roXiva® Journeys
roXiva® uses carefully choreographed light and sound to create immersive experiences that can shift perception, evoke imagery, and invite you into a different way of experiencing your own mind.

Meditations & Guided Practices – I will continue to add more
Chakra Meditation
I found chakra-focused meditations surprisingly helpful in my own practice, so I created this 42-minute journey through all seven chakras.
Pain Meditation
Pain can take up a lot of space in our awareness. This meditation gently shifts the relationship with pain, exploring it with curiosity rather than fighting against it.
Revisit Regret from Past
We can’t change what our younger selves did, but we can change how we carry it. This meditation offers a little space for perspective, compassion and letting go.
Forms
Screening Form – A quick first step to help determine whether a psychedelic journey may be appropriate for you.
Full Intake – A deeper look at you, your history, experiences, intentions and what you hope to explore. This form is intentionally thorough. Taking the time to work through it can be valuable in itself, helping you reflect on where you’ve been, what may be asking for attention, and what you hope to bring into your journey.
Consent & Liability Form – An important part of creating a safe and respectful experience. This form outlines informed consent, boundaries, responsibilities and the practical agreements that help ensure we both understand what to expect before moving forward.
